Meet Chase

Chase moved to the Shoals in 2020. In 2021, he welcomed his precious little girl into the world. Chase and Willa love to spend time at the incredible local parks. Their new favorite thing to do is go to the movie theater, even if she eats all the popcorn and falls asleep about halfway through.

Chase graduated from Auburn University after growing up in Huntsville.

After more than a decade on TV, Chase signed off from WZDX in October of 2018. He got his real estate license in 2017.

Chase was honored to receive the Trusted Advisor Award for the state of Alabama from EXIT Realty Shoals. He knows how to find the best properties and negotiate the best deals. It's his job to know about the latest market conditions, government regulations, and upcoming developments — so that you don't have to.

FUN FACT: Chase won the Showcase Showdown on the Price is Right back in 2006.
